Example AI result for the prompt "White background: Pure white main listing image"
AI-generated example of a plain, unbranded product. With your own product photo, the app keeps your product as it is, but results vary.

1. White background: Pure white main listing image

Best for: Any seller, first image of a listingFor apps that edit an uploaded photo

Prompt

Using the uploaded photo, remove the background completely and place the product on a pure white background, RGB 255, 255, 255, with no gradient and no texture. Keep the product exactly as in the uploaded photo: same shape, colour, label, logo, stitching and quantity. Add nothing and remove nothing. Centre the product and let it fill about 85 percent of the frame, with an even small margin on all sides. Soft, even studio light, sharp focus across the whole product. No added text, no watermark, no props. Square image, aspect ratio 1:1.

Why it works: Giving the exact white value stops the app from drawing an off-white studio sweep, which many store checkers reject. The 85 percent fill instruction matches the common rule that the product should take up most of the main image.

Make it yours: If your store asks for a portrait main image, change the ratio to 4:5 and keep the fill instruction the same.

Example AI result for the prompt "Jewellery: Necklace on pure white for the main image"
AI-generated example of a plain, unbranded product. With your own product photo, the app keeps your product as it is, but results vary.

2. Jewellery: Necklace on pure white for the main image

Best for: Necklace and chain sellersFor apps that edit an uploaded photo

Prompt

Using the uploaded photo, place the necklace on a pure white background, laid in a neat soft U shape, centred and filling most of the frame. Keep the jewellery exactly as in my photo: same design, metal colour, number and colour of stones, clasp, chain length and links. Add nothing and remove nothing. Soft diffused studio light from above with no harsh hot spots, a very faint shadow under the chain. Sharp focus on the pendant and stones. No added text, no watermark, no props. Aspect ratio 1:1.

Why it works: A U shape is how most buyers expect to see a necklace and it fits a square frame well. Listing stones, clasp and chain length together stops the app from tidying the design into a more symmetrical piece than the one you sell.

Make it yours: For a long chain or rani haar, lay it in a V shape and change the ratio to 4:5 so the full length fits.

Example AI result for the prompt "Food products: Snack pack on pure white for the main image"
AI-generated example of a plain, unbranded product. With your own product photo, the app keeps your product as it is, but results vary.

3. Food products: Snack pack on pure white for the main image

Best for: Namkeen, chips, biscuits in pouchesFor apps that edit an uploaded photo

Prompt

Using the uploaded photo of my snack pouch, place the pack upright on a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255) with a very soft shadow directly under it. Keep the product exactly as in my photo: same pouch shape, same printed label, colours, logo, weight text and any seal or zip. Do not add or remove anything, do not redraw or correct the printed text, and do not add snacks spilling out. Straighten the pack so it faces the camera, remove wrinkles only if they hide the label. Even studio light with no colour cast. No added text, no watermark. Aspect ratio 1:1.

Why it works: AI models tend to rewrite small printed words on packets, which can change your weight or ingredient line. Saying 'do not redraw the printed text' keeps the label as your camera saw it, and banning spilled snacks stops the model from inventing contents.

Make it yours: If the pouch is shiny and shows white glare, add 'reduce glare on the plastic so the label is readable, keep the real colours'.

Example AI result for the prompt "Cosmetics and skincare: Serum dropper bottle on pure white"
AI-generated example of a plain, unbranded product. With your own product photo, the app keeps your product as it is, but results vary.

4. Cosmetics and skincare: Serum dropper bottle on pure white

Best for: Face serums, hair oils, facial oilsFor apps that edit an uploaded photo

Prompt

Using the uploaded photo of my serum bottle, place it upright on a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255) with a faint natural shadow underneath. Keep the product exactly as photographed: same glass colour, dropper shape, cap, label, logo, printed text and liquid level. Do not add or remove anything and do not redraw the label. Use soft, even studio light from both sides so the glass edges show a thin clean highlight and the label stays free of glare. No added text, no watermark. Aspect ratio 1:1.

Why it works: Amber and frosted glass can turn grey or muddy on white. Light from both sides gives the glass a clean edge highlight while keeping the label readable, which is what a main listing image needs.

Make it yours: If your bottle is clear glass with a pale serum, add 'place a very light grey reflection under the bottle so the edges stay visible on white'.

Example AI result for the prompt "Lifestyle product photos: Kitchen counter in morning light"
AI-generated example of a plain, unbranded product. With your own product photo, the app keeps your product as it is, but results vary.

5. Lifestyle product photos: Kitchen counter in morning light

Best for: Kitchenware, spices, jars, small appliancesFor apps that edit an uploaded photo

Prompt

Using the uploaded photo, place my product on a clean kitchen counter made of light grey stone, early morning sunlight coming through a window on the left. Behind it, slightly out of focus, a wooden chopping board, a small bowl of lemons and a green plant. Keep the product exactly as in the uploaded photo: same shape, colour, label, logo, lid and quantity. Do not add or remove anything on the product and do not redraw the label text. Realistic photograph, product sharp, background softly blurred. No added text, no watermark. Aspect ratio 4:5.

Why it works: Window light from one side gives the product a soft shadow and shows its shape, which flat overhead light hides. Keeping the props out of focus means they suggest a kitchen without competing with your label.

Make it yours: For a darker, richer look, change the counter to black granite and the lemons to a few red chillies, which suits spice and pickle jars.

Three rules that keep your listings safe

  1. Show the real product. The image must match what the buyer receives: same colour, size, label and quantity. Misleading photos lead to returns, bad reviews and removed listings.
  2. Keep the main image simple. Pure white background, the product only, no added text or watermark. Use scenes and props for extra photos and ads.
  3. Only use logos you own. Never add another brand's logo, characters or a celebrity's face to your product images.
